Working to the Rule!

Hope you’ve all had a relaxing Spring Break! 

Don’t forget, we’re planning on “Working to the Rule” (contract hours) starting TOMORROW.  We’ll meet in the front parking lot before school @ 7:25am to walk in together, and in front of the Teacher’s Lounge @ 2:41pm to walk out together. 

We also hope to have some sign holders before & after contract hours on the North Access Road OR Hollywood Blvd near the Rec center (you can park there!) to draw student/parent/public interest.  Signs must remain in cars and are NOT to be brought on campus during contract hours. 

Remember, everything is voluntary.  Please do what you’re comfortable with & available to do based on your personal schedule.

If students ask what’s going on, you can say something similar to: “My contract hours are 7:30 am – 2:41 pm, so these are the hours I will begin working” or “I can’t use class time to talk about this.”  However, when we’re on our own time off-campus we can freely talk to the kids about the issues.
